Sandra in front of the Rote Mondin
Hello Reader,
(für Deutsch unten)
Earlier this week the Rote Mondin, the woman's yurt in Untergiesing, was burned down by arson. Sandra, the founder and visionary behind it, has invested so much in not only building this up, but in creating community and a space for women (but not limited to) to come together on a deeper, more intimate level.
I have run many of my courses there and have a special place in my heart for Sandra and the yurt. I have always been impressed by her clarity, her depth and her ease. She has now lost the yurt but not hope. She has built a thriving community of women, which reaches far and wide, and it is time that we now step in to help her.
For those of you that have been to my courses there, and who have been equally as touched by the space, please consider donating to help her out. This has been her work for the past two years and I know she will somehow find a way to rebuild- whether it be the yurt or a permanent space.
Here is how you can donate:

This coming Sunday, July 28th, at 19h, she will open the space for everyone to come and pay respect to the yurt- with flowers, blessings, togetherness, and love. I will be there and it would be lovely to you there as well.
In Love and Sisterhood,
Amie

A workshop for both the head and the heart with women over 40's coach Jo Fiddy. A space to go deeper into what's happening to our physical bodies, connect with other women in the same place of life, and to honor the wisdom that we carry.
Honor the sacred Germany tradition of twelve nights of Christmas with an online nature course to end the year with reflection and start the new year with intention. Self-paced, nothing to show up for.
I take peach salsa to every potluck I go to in the summer. I haven't written my recipe down yet, but found this one last week from my favorite food blogger, Heidi Swanson, and think it's wonderful....and so I'm sharing! It's a winner all around- play around with the flavors and combinations. I'll be writing my down real soon and putting it out to the world.
We're STILL searching....
Yes...still!! We are now looking for a single family flat for us (minimum of 4 rooms and a big garden) AND we're searching for a 2 family house or 2 flats next to each other, as we will be sharing our lives with our soul family, the Wolf's. If you hear of anything or know someone who knows someone, we'd be very grateful for the tip! Thank you!
“The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.” – Charles Duhigg Hello Reader, (für Deutsch unten) Are you feeling the energy of something new and different? I've been spending a lot more time outdoors, I imagine we all have in the gorgeous sunshine we've had these past few weeks, and I've observed the buds on the trees ready to burst forth with new life. It takes an enormous amount of energy to make this happen. I love this time of year, when we can see and...
"Death is not the opposite of life, but a part of it."- Haruki Murakami "Der Tod" Sweatlodge 2024 Hello Reader, (für Deutsch unten) Winter is almost over. It's hanging on but the light is stronger and warmer and will soon push the colder days and nights far away. I think we can all agree that it's time for spring and for more movement in our lives. This winter I began supporting several women have cancer through nutritious food, listening and being there for whatever they needed. Cancer, even...
“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.”– Martin Luther King, Jr. Hello Reader, (für Deutsch unten) January has rolled into this year with force, are you feeling it? As I sit and watch the events in our world unfold, I have been brought to my knees. From the fires in California, the continuing wars in Gaza and the Ukraine, and now watching how America is still being controlled by white elite men, my breath has become more shallow. I don't want to use this...
